DELIVERY

ORDERS WITHIN THE UK:

Delivery in the UK is £2 no matter how many items you buy, and free on orders over £20 - unless your order includes a large item (a mug or a backpack for example) in which case it will be a little bit more.

All orders within the UK are posted either 2nd Class with the Royal Mail, or Tracked 48 depending on the size. If your order hasn’t arrived within one week please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent via Tracked International Post with the Royal Mail.

This usually takes around 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on where you are based.

Europe - I'm not currently accepting orders from the EU due to the complicated new GPSR rules.

USA - orders to the USA are sent tracked with the Royal Mail. As the buyer you are responsible for any additional taxes or tariffs your government applies to the package when it arrives in your country. I am unable to collect or pay those for you.

Canada - orders to Canada usually take around 2 weeks to arrive.

Australia - orders to Australia usually take around 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Rest of the World - parcels to Saudi Arabia, India, and Brazil and Mexico tend to arrive anything up to 3 months of an order being dispatched - please keep this in mind when ordering - I can't physically make the post go any quicker and this is down to the postal systems in these specific countries.

Need to return something?

Hopefully you are happy with your order, however if you would like to return something please do so within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in 'as new' condition and in the original packaging.
