Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, changed your mind, or it has arrived damaged please don't hesitate to get in touch at fableandblack@outlook.com.

All orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the order. All items must be returned as new and unworn, in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return postage costs (unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged).

Please get in touch at fableandblack@outlook.com before returning an item so I can advise you on how best to return it, and where to return it to.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
